Tim Stewart represents the U.S. Oil and Gas Association (USOGA) on the CSA Partnership Society. As President of USOGA, he leads one of the nation’s longest-standing trade associations representing independent producers and integrated energy companies on federal policy. USOGA’s work bridges the producing states and Washington, D.C., and Mr. Stewart’s engagement with CSA strengthens the link between domestic energy production and the national-security questions CSA exists to inform. He joined the Partnership Society in 2026.
