State Senator Cale Case serves as a founding member of the CSA State Legislative Council of Elected Officials. He represents Wyoming’s 25th District from Lander and chairs both the Joint Corporations, Elections, and Political Subdivisions Committee and the Joint Tribal Relations Select Committee. Wyoming’s role in American energy production — including its leadership in coal, natural gas, and uranium — and the state’s stewardship of public lands and tribal relations sit at the center of the policy areas CSA exists to inform. Senator Case joined the State Legislative Council in 2026.
