Peter Regan represents the Domestic Energy Producers Alliance (DEPA) on the CSA Partnership Society. DEPA is a national coalition of independent oil and natural gas producers, state and regional trade associations, and royalty owners advocating for the policy interests of the domestic onshore producing community. Mr. Regan has been a long-standing voice in U.S. independent energy policy, and his engagement with CSA strengthens the connection between America’s independent producers and the national-security questions CSA exists to inform.
