Brooke Baum serves as a Director of the Council for a Secure America. She is a senior leader at Devon Energy, one of the leading independent natural gas and oil producers in the United States. Devon Energy is a long-standing CSA partner, and Ms. Baum brings to the Board direct industry experience in U.S. domestic energy production and the policy environment shaping it. She joined CSA’s Board of Directors in 2026.
